| 7/6/2026 -7/17/2026 | Steuben's Got Drama Steuben's Got Drama is an academic enrichment summer camp for students in grades 1-8, funded by the Literacy Coalition's 21st Century Community Learning Center grant. Camp will be held July 6-17 (no camp on Friday, July 10th), Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-12:30 pm, with the exception of July 17th, programming will be 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Students will perform on Friday afternoon, July 17th at 3 pm. All family and friends are encouraged to attend! Students will have the opportunity to engage in an exciting enrichment opportunity in which they will experience the joy of theater and the performing arts. Every student will get the opportunity to participate, regardless of experience. Please note: Snacks are strictly prohibited in the auditorium. Students must bring lunch on the final day and will eat in another area of the building. Camp will be held from 8:30 am-12:30 pm daily, with the exception of the final day, July 17th. On July 17th, camp will be 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Students will bring lunch on July 17th ONLY! Snacks are prohibited in the auditorium. Student performance is open to the public and will be held at 3 pm on July 17th. Camp will be held at the Steuben County Community Center Auditorium. Camp is funded by the Steuben County Literacy Coalition’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant. |
| 7/13/2026 -7/31/2026 | Steuben STEM Academy (Formerly Space Camp) STEM Academy is an academic summer camp for students in grades 1-8, funded by the Literacy Coalition's 21st Century Community Learning Center grant, and in partnership with Angola Parks and Recreation. The program will operate for 3 weeks in the summer of 2026. The program will be held from 8-Noon, Monday-Friday. Students will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on science, technology, engineering and math activities. These activities may include rocketry, robotics, life on Mars, what makes the weather change and more! Don't miss this opportunity. Each week will feature new activities, so elementary students can participate in both weeks, if spots are available. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Only 30 students can be accepted each week. Week 2: July 20-24 (Students Entering Grades 5-8) Week 3: July 27-July 31 (Students Entering Grades 1-4) Camp held from 8 am-Noon, Monday-Friday at Selman Pavilion at Commons Park (rain or shine). Camp is limited to 30 participants per week. Camp is funded by the Steuben County Literacy Coalition’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant. |
