COLDWATER – Tibbits Opera House welcomes actor and musician Jeff Daniels back to Tibbits stage with his one-man show, “An Evening With Jeff Daniels,” Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 7:00 pm. This appearance represents Daniels’ seventh performance for Tibbits, and sixth time in person.

“We’re so happy to bring Jeff back,” said Tibbits Executive Director Christine Delaney. “His shows are always so much fun, filled with his own songs, stories and anecdotes, both funny and heartfelt. He’s the consummate entertainer.”

Daniels’ last appearance with Tibbits was 2020’s “Online and Unplugged,” held during the pandemic, when in-person gatherings were not available. His last appearance on stage at Tibbits was in 2017.

In addition to four plus decades as an actor on stage and screen, Daniels has toured the country over the last 25 years, playing at a wide variety of venues from coast-to-coast, from well-known locations like New York’s 54 Below, to performing arts centers throughout the country. Tibbits is proud to bring his one-man musical evening, showcasing his storytelling, sense of humor and just a few of his nearly 400 original songs to the Coldwater community.

Daniels’ last stop at Tibbits sold out, so patrons are urged to secure their tickets quickly. Tickets will go on sale Monday, September 15, to Tibbits members at the Benefactor level and above, and will go on sale Thursday, September 18, to the general public.

Tickets for “An Evening with Jeff Daniels” range from $30 to $56, including fees. The performance will be held at the historic Tibbits Opera House, 14 S. Hanchett St., in Coldwater, Michigan. Doors to the lobbies, art gallery and Ghost Light Bar will open at 6:00pm, with seating beginning at 6:30pm. The show will begin at 7:00pm, and will run approximately ninety minutes.

From its opening in 1882, Tibbits Opera House has brought touring artists to the community of Coldwater, Michigan, and continues that tradition nearly a century and a half later with musicals, plays, concerts, cultural events, movies and more, in service to arts lovers of all ages.

Steuben County Parks is planning their Christmas Light Show!

You are invited to put out a light display of your choosing for an entire month at Steuben County Parks 3rd annual Light Show at the fairgrounds.

The light show will take place from November 28th - December 27th and viewing dates and times are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6pm - 10pm.

Santa will be there twice during his busy schedule! Saturday, December 13th and Saturday December 20th from 6pm - 8pm.
