He's there to build relationships between his company (a chemical plant being built along the Yazoo river) and the local community. The relationships he discovers are not the ones he expects. The three Cs, Character, Community, Camaraderie, describe the Coldwater Noon Club’s 102 years of service to Coldwater, MI.
