The Annual Membership Expo & Meeting is taking place to inform all of our esteemed members on the status of the Chamber, the planning, and the direction that the Executive Director and Board have agreed upon to ensure overall success through adherence to the Chamber's mission statement and vision.

We are excited to present our Keynote Speaker for this year's event, George Rogers.

George Rogers is a nationally renowned speaker with great compassion, dedication, and a sense of humor that keeps you connected. George is the author of “Champion Your Purpose,” a book focused on how to find meaning in a life filled with sameness and, ultimately, lead your life and work on purpose.

George also has a courageous spirit, often displayed in his 20 plus years of leadership experience with 14 years of non-profit work in his local community and mentorship programs.

George transitioned into the corporate business world and quickly made his impact by creating a space for team members to be authentic, believing it's about creating a culture where everyone feels like they're contributing. Everyone is invested in the success of the team. Founder of CandL LLC, (Culture and Leadership), the Chief Culture Officer of “Culture Of Good'', as well as Lighthouse Research and Advisory, and and ETHOS Coaching George has found a passion for building leaders and helping businesses create a great culture within their company. Once you invest in your team, the team will invest in the business. 

Now that George has focused his life on investing and impacting others through Lighthouse Research & Advisory and Culture of Good, his passion is to help leaders and businesses create a culture of good that allows their team to bring their souls to the workplace with trust and vulnerability.

George inspires and challenges each of us to be willing to transform who we are into who we are meant to be. He shares how creating a culture that invests in others through authentic compassion and servant leadership can impact everyone for the greater good. Leaders must know what it means to be all in and ready to show up each day living their life’s passion for the workplace, but more importantly, the world.
