We've invited Peter Dunn (a.k.a. Pete the Planner®), to come discuss the financial realities of employees in today's environment. Pete is a USA Today columnist, author of ten books, hosts a nationally syndicated radio show, and the CEO & Founder of Your Money Line.
In this discussion, Pete will discuss:
- Factors of financial stability that we should help employees work towards.
- The specific kind of stresses that are induced when financial stability is low.
- How these stresses show up and impact the organization, and what forward thinking organizations are doing to mitigate the stress.
