The Navigating Difference: Cultural Competency Training is tailored to community professionals, helping them expand their skills in working with diverse clientele, colleagues, and community members.
In this engaging, interactive workshop, participants draw on their own experiences to:
*Explore personal and cultural values, biases, prejudices, and views.
* Identify ways in which culture shapes beliefs, practices, and values
* Identify similarities and differences among cultures
* Recognize one's own culture(s), including organizational culture
