Founded by Marc and Aimee Gazal, whose journey began at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, where Aimee directed remarkable events, including hosting President George W. Bush, and Marc managed operations seamlessly. Relocating to Indiana in 2015, the couple's longing for their hometown's rich food culture birthed a dream.
In 2021, Marc and Aimee transformed their dream into reality with Lake It Easy Gourmet. A testament to their expertise in food service and passion for hospitality, the establishment offers a fusion of flavors that celebrate the vibrancy of Pittsburgh's Strip District and the peacefulness of Indiana's lakes. Beyond the culinary artistry, the Gazals share their love for life with their Rottweiler, Harley, and the idyllic Lake James sandbar.
