About City of Angola
Welcome to the City of Angola, Indiana-the gateway to the northeast corner of Indiana. We are a destination community for visitors, businesses, and industries and the County seat of Steuben County. Angola is surrounded by the county's 101 lakes, Pokagon State Park, Trine University, Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, as well as our nationally recognized K-12 Steuben County Metropolitan School District and our hardworking educated workforce.
This year we are excited about opening our new Angola Innovation Park at I-69 and US Hwy 20. This park will create new opportunities for industries, hotels, and restaurants to locate and serve our community. A new hotel has already located here, Wingate by Wyndham is a new 99 room hotel that will be opening around May 1, 2019. Several businesses and industries are also showing interest in this area already.
